01Who is responsible
TrueView Assets LLC, a New Mexico, United States limited liability company, is responsible for personal information collected through trueviewassets.com and our own business enquiries. Contact the TrueView Assets Team using the WhatsApp or website contact links below for privacy questions or requests.
This notice covers visitors, prospective clients and business contacts. When we process your customers’ or employees’ information within a client implementation, our role, instructions and safeguards are addressed in the project agreement and any required data-processing agreement; that information is not used for our own marketing.
02Information we collect
The consultation form collects your name, company, email address, optional phone number, selected service and message. It also records your selected language, enquiry identifier and reference, submission time, and the version of the enquiry consent notice. Required fields are needed to handle the request; a phone number is optional.
If you contact us or become a client, we also receive the communications, project materials, approvals, billing details and transaction records needed for that relationship. Only provide information you are authorised to share. Please do not submit passwords, payment-card details, identity documents or sensitive personal data through the general enquiry form.
Our hosting infrastructure may record technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, requested pages and access times for operation, security and error diagnosis. The enquiry database itself does not include a dedicated IP-address field.
03Purposes and grounds for use
We use enquiry information to respond, understand your requirements, prepare proposals and maintain the related correspondence. If an engagement follows, we use relevant information to deliver services, manage invoices, provide agreed support and keep necessary business records. Technical information helps operate the website, investigate faults and prevent abuse.
We rely on your consent where required, steps you request before a contract, performance of an agreement, legal obligations, and other legitimate purposes permitted by the law that applies. The enquiry checkbox authorises contact about your request; it is not permission for unrelated promotional campaigns. Any direct marketing requiring consent will use a separate choice, with a way to withdraw it. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
04Storage, service providers and disclosures
Submitted enquiries are stored in the website’s MySQL database on our Hostinger hosting environment. Authorised team members access them to handle enquiries. Hosting, technical support and business communications providers may process information necessary to provide their services. Professional advisers may receive information for accounting, legal or compliance purposes under appropriate confidentiality obligations.
Clicking WhatsApp opens an external service operated by WhatsApp/Meta. If you choose to send a message, it is handled under that service’s own privacy terms as well as our handling of the message. External links do not automatically submit your enquiry form to those services.
There is currently no card-payment checkout on this website. If we later offer a Stripe-hosted payment link or invoice, Stripe will process information submitted to its payment page under its own privacy notice. We may receive billing details, transaction references and payment status; full card numbers and security codes should never be sent through our contact form. We will update this notice before materially changing our website’s data handling.
We may disclose necessary information to comply with a valid legal obligation, protect legal rights or investigate fraud, subject to applicable safeguards. We do not disclose enquiry information to unrelated parties for their own marketing.
05International processing and security
Our company is established in the United States and serves clients including those in Qatar. Hosting and communications providers may process information in other countries; processing is not guaranteed to remain in Qatar. Where applicable law requires safeguards for an international transfer, these must be in place before that transfer. Contact us for information relevant to your enquiry or project.
We use access restrictions and technical measures designed to protect information, including server-side validation of enquiry submissions. No internet service can promise absolute security. If a personal-data incident requires notification under applicable law, we will provide the required notifications. Do not use the public form to transmit confidential system credentials.
06How long information is kept
We retain enquiry records while needed to respond and manage the resulting relationship. We review records and delete or anonymise information when it is no longer necessary, unless retention is justified by a legal requirement, accounting obligation or actual or reasonably anticipated dispute.
Project and billing records may need to be kept longer than an unsuccessful enquiry. The relevant period depends on the type of record, contract, applicable legal retention requirements and claim periods. Backups may retain residual copies until their normal replacement cycle; retained copies remain protected and are not used for unrelated purposes.
07Language preference, cookies and tracking
The website stores “trueview-language” in your browser’s local storage to remember English or Arabic. This remains on your device until changed or cleared. You can remove it using your browser’s site-data settings; the website will then return to its default language.
This version does not install advertising pixels, analytics tracking scripts or non-essential tracking cookies. Hosting or security infrastructure may use technical storage needed to provide the service. If optional tracking is introduced, we will explain it and obtain consent where required before enabling it. External platforms have their own cookie and storage practices.
08Your choices and rights
Depending on the law that applies, you may request access to your personal information, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent, objection to processing, or other available rights. Contact us using the links below, stating the request and enough information to locate your record. We may reasonably verify your identity. We will respond within the applicable legal period and explain any lawful reason for refusing or limiting a request.
Withdrawing consent does not undo lawful earlier processing. Some records may still be needed to meet a legal obligation or handle a claim. You may complain to the relevant data-protection authority; in Qatar, this is the competent privacy authority within the National Cyber Security Agency. Contacting us first is optional and does not restrict that right.
09Children and notice updates
Our business services are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly solicit their personal information. Contact us if you believe a child has submitted information so we can assess and address it.
We publish the effective date and version of this notice. Material changes will be highlighted on the website or communicated directly where appropriate; further consent will be obtained where required. A policy update does not authorise a new incompatible use of information already collected.
