01Who we are and when these terms apply
TrueView Assets LLC is a New Mexico, United States limited liability company providing business consultancy and digital transformation services. References to “TrueView”, “we” and “us” mean this company. Our public contact is the TrueView Assets Team.
Our services are principally for businesses and authorised business representatives. Browsing this website or sending an enquiry does not place an order, create a paid engagement or authorise a charge. Service terms apply when they are provided to you and incorporated into a proposal or agreement that you accept. You must have legal capacity and authority to enter that agreement.
02Proposals, scope and changes
Before work starts, a written proposal or statement of work identifies the deliverables, exclusions, price, currency, payment stages, timetable, client responsibilities, revisions, training and support included. A project-specific term expressly agreed in that document takes priority over these general service terms, subject to applicable mandatory law.
Additional pages, features, integrations, content changes or work outside the agreed scope require written approval of any added fees and timing. Unless stated in the proposal, ongoing maintenance, unlimited revisions and third-party subscriptions are not included. Business and technical consulting does not include regulated legal, audit, tax or investment advice.
03Fees and third-party costs
Fees are quoted and invoiced in Qatari riyals (QAR) for clients in Qatar and US dollars (USD) for clients outside Qatar, based on the contracting client’s billing country stated in the proposal. The final amount, currency and any applicable taxes are confirmed in the written proposal and invoice before you accept or pay. The agreed currency will not change without your written agreement. If a payment request shows a different amount or currency, contact us before paying. Payment is due on the dates in the accepted proposal or invoice. Work may depend on receipt of an agreed advance payment. Our Refund Policy explains cancellation and amounts that may be retained or returned.
Your bank or card issuer may apply currency-conversion, cross-border or transfer fees under its agreement with you. These charges and exchange rates are set by that provider, not TrueView. Any additional fee charged by TrueView must be lawful, disclosed and agreed before payment.
Software licences, CRM and accounting subscriptions, hosting, domains, paid advertising, messaging credits and other external services are extra unless expressly included. You approve these costs and normally contract with and pay the provider directly. We do not control provider pricing, renewals, availability or refund decisions. We remain responsible for our own agreed implementation work.
04Delivery, approvals and client cooperation
Services and digital deliverables are supplied remotely, through agreed project tools, files, website deployment or platform configuration; on-site work is included only if agreed. There is no physical shipping. Delivery dates and milestones are set in your proposal and depend on timely access, accurate materials and approvals.
You are responsible for the accuracy and lawful use of materials you supply and for authorising access to your systems. We will notify you of material delays and agree any revised schedule. Client delays or external outages may affect timing, but do not remove our duty to perform the agreed services. Review and acceptance criteria follow the proposal; silence alone is not deemed acceptance under these general terms.
05Results, support and subscriptions
We perform the agreed services with reasonable skill and care. Forecasts and recommendations are not guarantees of revenue, leads, search rankings, software uptime or approval by a bank, platform or payment processor. Defects in our agreed work remain subject to the remedies required by the agreement and applicable law.
Training, support hours, response targets and any post-delivery support period are those expressly included in your proposal. A retainer or recurring service starts only with your express agreement to its price, billing frequency, renewal terms and cancellation method. This website currently has no online checkout and does not enrol visitors in paid subscriptions.
06Intellectual property and confidentiality
You retain ownership of your pre-existing content and data. Upon full payment for the relevant deliverables, you receive the ownership or usage rights specified in the proposal. If no transfer is specified, we grant a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use the final bespoke deliverables for your business, including through your service providers. Source files and third-party licences are included only as agreed.
TrueView retains its pre-existing methods, reusable code, templates and know-how, while granting the rights needed to use them as incorporated in your paid deliverables. Third-party assets remain subject to their licences. Neither party may disclose the other’s confidential information except as needed for the project with appropriate protections, with permission, or as required by law. Client data remains yours and is not treated as our intellectual property.
07Suspension, cancellation and termination
Either party may end an engagement as provided in the accepted proposal. You may request cancellation in writing using the contact methods below; fees and refunds are settled under our Refund Policy. For a material breach, the other party may terminate if it is not remedied within 14 calendar days after written notice, unless a different reasonable period is agreed or law requires otherwise.
We may suspend affected work after written notice if an undisputed payment remains overdue, or immediately where necessary to prevent unlawful activity or a serious security risk. We will explain the reason and reasonable steps to resume. A suspension does not automatically forfeit your prepaid, unearned funds. Handover and any access removal will respect your ownership of data and applicable law.
08Reasonable limits of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, neither party is liable under the engagement for indirect or consequential loss, including lost anticipated profit. TrueView’s aggregate contractual liability for an affected project is limited to the fees paid or payable for that project. For an ongoing retainer, the limit is the fees paid or payable for the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
These limits do not exclude refunds due under our Refund Policy, fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. They do not override mandatory consumer or data protection rights.
09Website use, governing law and updates
Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, send malicious content or submit information you have no right to share. Our Privacy Policy explains website data handling. External websites and platforms have their own terms.
An accepted engagement is governed by New Mexico law unless the signed proposal specifies otherwise. Mandatory laws and rights applicable in Qatar or another relevant jurisdiction continue to apply. These terms do not require you to give up access to a court or regulator with mandatory jurisdiction. Please contact us first to seek a practical resolution; doing so is not a condition for exercising statutory rights.
The version incorporated into your accepted agreement applies to that engagement. Publishing a later version does not retrospectively change an existing contract. English and Arabic versions are provided for accessibility; mandatory language requirements and the language expressly agreed in your contract take precedence.
